Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking, reliable Laborers to join our log home restoration crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position working outdoors in a team environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outside, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
No prior log home experience is required — we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
Assist with media blasting, sanding, staining, and sealing log homes
Perform chinking and caulking repairs
Help with log replacement and minor carpentry tasks
Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and job site materials
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
Load/unload tools and materials
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights)
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Construction or painting experience is a plus but not required
